I was very sorry to discover this morning of Romona's passing. Too young for a fighter. Romona was always a very classy lady.

I am the individual that Romona came to see at the Oklahoma Human Rights Commission (OHRC) on the day she decided to file her complaint of discrimination.
I want the family to know that she never took this task on lightly and was concerned about the effects it would have on her valuable family members. She felt just as strongly about her filing as she did about her family and this was causing her great stress.
It was difficult for Romona because of worry over her family, but she prayed continuously for each person.
Romona called me from Florida the night
... of the airing on Designing Women and even though she was ill and excited she talked a lot about the stress on her family.
Always family. GOD Bless each of you.
