Joshua Cole Muzny
Joshua Cole Muzny was born Feb. 13, 1992, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He was welcomed by his parents, Mike and Pam Muzny, and big brother, Zack. His sweet smile and good-natured personality were welcome additions to his family.
Recently, Josh had been residing and working in San Antonio, Texas, where he was foreman for a construction company. As a young boy, and into his high school days, Josh loved sports, baseball being his favorite. He threw frisbees with friends, and played video games daily. His greatest love was music, of all kinds, and live concerts were the best!
Josh appreciated the wonders of nature. He saw God's hands in everything, from majestic mountains to ocean waves, and yes, even thunderstorms -
he loved them! His love of animals was apparent from the ones he rescued, from time to time. Josh loved a good home-cooked meal, and looked forward to family gatherings.
Sadly, on April 25, 2019, despite all his positive attributes, Josh's life on earth ended, and his heavenly life began. Josh loved and gave to others, but failed to realize his own worth and find peace within. Even with his otherwise bright and sunny disposition, Josh struggled through some dark days, until one day, he had struggled enough.
We know and believe that, through the mercy and love of God and His Son, Jesus Christ, Josh's dark days are over, and he now basks in the light of peace and love.
Josh will be forever missed by all who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 1, 2019. Services will be 2 p.m., Thursday, May 2, 2019, at First Christian Church in Edmond, Okla.
