Heather Belindo

Events

Heather Belindo lived a life full of love: love for God, love for family, love for friends and a love she readily extended to others. As a family we are thankful for her love and trust in Jesus Christ, and her display of genuine faith through trials as a testimony to the saving grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Throughout her journey with breast cancer, she never wavered in her complete trust of God. This faith has now been completely fulfilled, as a child of God, she has an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled and unfading in heaven.
Heather was born March 14, 1983, in Grants Pass, Ore., and died May 11, 2019, at her home in Edmond, Okla. Heather was a beautiful wife and mother; her goal was to always make our home feel like the most welcoming, loving home for our family as possible. She was gifted in crafting, designing and creating numerous household decorations and enjoyed in sharing these gifts with others. It brings great joy to our family being able to remember her smile, laugh and love for others.
She is survived by her husband, Forrest Belindo; children, Bret and Haley Belindo; father, Tony Rohr and wife, Telisa; her mother, Kimberly Cook; brothers, John and Jackson Rohr; sisters, Carol Smith and Miranda Cleman; as well as her grandparents, Edward and Charlene Rohr, and Mary Yandell.
A come-and-go visitation and reception honoring Heather will be 5 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at Crawford Family Funeral Service, Edmond.
A service celebrating her life will be 10 a.m., Thursday, May 16, 2019, at Henderson Hills Baptist Church in Edmond.
Memorial donations are requested in Heather's name to Project31 or to her children's college fund.

Some people just happen to meet their Heavenly Father before others! What a great wife and mother she was! I can remember when we were in high school living the high school life and you guys were tasked with becoming young adults very quickly! What an example she was for women and other mothers and wives out there! Her fight and faith will always leave an impression on the ones who knew her! Prayers for you and your family Gump! Love you man!

Forrest, you probably don’t remember us but Janice used to babysit you when you were little at ECU in Ada. Kevin worked with Arlene and he knows Antonia well. We are so sorry to hear of your wife’s passing. She sounds like a wonderful young woman and wife. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.
