Frank Hotelke Narcomey

Events

Frank Hotelke Narcomey, born May 17, 1957, in Pawnee, Okla., went to be with The Great Spirit on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 in his hometown of Edmond, Okla.
Frank touched the hearts of every person he met. Those who had the privilege of meeting Frank knew that his life experience, both personal and professional, drew everyone toward him. Frank's humility, work ethic, charm and meticulousness were witnessed in every facet of his beautiful life. Frank was the one person that seemed to be able to navigate his family, business and friends through life's many obstacles. All this was possible through his sobriety and his relationship with a Higher Power. Frank loved extremely hard. His wife, Cindy, was the source of love, stability and altruism and they raised two successful boys, Carson Hotelke Narcomey and Chase Hotelke Narcomey.
Many people saw the professional side of Frank. His work was thorough and he seemed to always outwork everyone. His attitude and motto was "I may not be the smartest, but I'll outwork anyone." This attitude allowed Frank to lead Southwind Construction Company to decades of success.
Those fortunate enough to see the playful side of Frank knew his deep passion for playing golf (he had four sets of clubs), pilates, and watching OU lose. He remained a Cowboy ever since he graduated with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management. Family dinners were filled with stories of the past, how he met his wife and hilarious things he wanted to do in his 'next life.' His sticky notes he left around the house included his infamous stick figures. Frank loved family trips and seeing the world God created. He was always planning the next family trip.
Frank had the character that most people seek. He lived life on life's terms, trusted God, asked questions and always did the next right thing. Frank's selflessness assisted the growth of people, places and many things he touched. He taught his boys how to love and be humble, never forgetting where he came from.
Frank persevered so much in his life; from poverty, alcoholism and loss of loved ones. His 32 years of sobriety allowed him to be the man he knew God wanted him to be. He was a member of the Seminole Nation and was proud of his heritage. This facet was very important, as it was where he drew his spiritual connection. He was a trusted member of many boards, both professional and philanthropic. He freely gave his time for the advancement of his community and of people.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Phyillis Narcomey.
Frank is survived by his beautiful wife, Cindy Narcomey; two sons, Chase and Carson Naromey; daughter-in-law, Raegan Narcomey; and granddaughter, Stella Narcomey.
The family requests that everyone touched by Frank relish in his memory, hold loved ones close and trust God.
A celebration of Frank's life will be 2 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2019 at Henderson Hills Baptist Church, Edmond.

The adoption of a war grave in Margraten brought our family together with Frank and, thanks to Frank, resulted for our eldest son Benny in a successful internship at Southwind construction and the start of a longterm friendship between them. For that we will be forever gratefull.
We hope our thoughts and prayers will be of any comfort to Frank's family.
With our deepest condolences from the Netherlands.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the passing of Frank. I had the honor to meet Frank back in 2012 when he allowed me to fullfill an internship within his company Southwind. He did not know me at that time, nor did he have any direct connections to me. I think this tells you a lot about Frank. I will remember him as a kindhearted, wise and humourus man. My deepest condolences to Frank's family and relatives. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. With love, from the Netherlands.

Praying for the strength of 1,000 angels as your family deals with such a devastating loss. We will always remember the many (MANY) baseball games and practices that we shared with Frank and Cindy. No matter what else was going on in life, there we all were-enduring the crazy Oklahoma weather-from the burning hot sun in the summer, to the freezing cold nights in the fall. Frank was an amazing Dad and husband, and I know your memories will bring you all peace in time. So many people love you guys. Lean on them and each other at this difficult time.

Over the years, I had the privilege to work with Frank on the subcontractor side of business and actually for Southwind for a period of time. Frank definitely touched the heart of everyone he met and he did have the gift of when he greeted you, you were the most important person at that time. His smile was infectious, you would smile just because he was smiling! My prayers to his family, he was a great guy and will be missed by many.
