Charlie spent much of his professional life with National Life and Accident Insurance Company, earning every award there was to win. After the company was sold, he opened his own agency, The Charles G. Moots Insurance Agency in 1984. His customers trusted and loved him, and he loved serving them.
Charlie and Evelyn were charter members of Knox Presbyterian Church in Overland, Kan. where he served as an elder and called on visitors every Sunday.
