Words cannot express how sorry I am for our loss. Thousands of memories---from second grade forward. Your mom was very talented, thoughtful, wise beyond her years, caring, loving, stubborn, strong and one of my best places to go for comfort and advice. I don't know what I'll miss most--the laugh, beautiful smile or her stories. May God bless and be with you during these trying days and always. My love to you all.

I met Alice in the summer of 1959 at her home in Great Bend. I had been informed that Alice would be attending OCW in Chickasha, OK., in Sept. Since I was in Kansas visiting relatives I got in touch with Alice. She was a sweet thoughtful young lady and I knew she would enjoy OCW and be an asset to the college. She became my little sister in Em Hi Social Club on campus. In a life time friendships come and go, but with Alice, she was a friend always...always lovely, always smiling, always had good words. Missing my sweet Alice.
